All prices are calculated in UK Pounds (GBP).
Availability
We try to have stock of all the items on this site all of the time, but cannot guarantee this.
Therefore, acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase an item.
On receipt of your order, if there is likely to be an excessive delay we will advise you if anything is out of stock.
Order/Payments
We accept payment by credit or debit card via the secure payment gateway with PayPal.
Delivery
We ship products to many locations and endeavour to find and use the best value postage for that country.
We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days at busy times.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 7 days unused and in its original packing (ie in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. You must also include in writing your reason for returning the item. UK postage and packing is included in the product price, however we regret that post and packing costs cannot be refunded when an item is returned. For your protection, please send all returned items by Recorded Delivery only, and retain proof of posting. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you. If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.
Cancellations
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.
