We aim to make sure your products arrive with the minimum fuss. We use Royal Mail First Class 'Recorded Delivery' so all orders need to be signed for.


All prices on the site include UK postage and packing cost. A signature is required on delivery of all products from this site. Please note, all items returned will have fair post and packing cost deducted from the total prior to refunds being made.


All overseas orders will be sent by either Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or 'Airsure' depending on destination. Costs for postage to overseas destinations will be determined at checkout and clearly stated prior to completion of the checkout process. These orders will also be allocated a tracking number and will require a signature on delivery.


We aim to post out all items as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days in the UK and up to 15 working days outside the UK during busy times.


All orders have a tracking number which will be sent at the time of dispatch to the customer by email using the address they supply at the time of the order being made. These numbers can be used to track all items at www.royalmail.com
